ITAC 2012 - Sponsorships

Sponsorships are invited in any of the following four categories for which suitable advertisement
space will be provided according to the category in the conference bulletin/fliers.

Platinum Sponsor

  (5,00,000/-)

1. As the platinum sponsor for our conference, you will get maximum publicity during the
   conference.
2. The platinum sponsor will get a special slot for exhibiting their products to the gathering
   and also for interacting with the gathering.
3. Your LOGO with link to your website would be put up on our conference website.
4. Your name would be printed on all of the posters and banners of the conference.
5. Your name will be printed on conference bags/kits.
6. your name would be printed on the ID cards, and
   other memorabilia distributed during the conference.
7. A stall will be provided to you in case you need one (25*25 feet).
8. A full page advertisement would be printed in the conference proceedings.
9. You may register 8 delegates free.
10. Acknowledgement of your sponsorship in the conference proceedings.

Gold Sponsor

  (2,50,000/-)

1. Your name would be printed on all of the Posters and Banners.
2. Your LOGO with link to your website would be put up on our conference website.
3. A stall will be provided to you in case you need one (15*15 feet).
4. A half page advertisement would be printed in the conference proceedings.
5. You may register 4 delegates free.
6. Acknowledgement of your sponsorship in the conference proceedings.

Silver Sponsor

  (1,00,000/-)

1. Your name would be printed on all of the Posters and Banners.
2. Your LOGO with Link to your website would be put up on our website.
3. A stall will be provided to you in case you need one (15*15 feet).
4. A half page advertisement would be printed in the conference proceedings.
5. You may register 2 delegates free.
6. Acknowledgement of your sponsorship in the conference proceedings.

Bronze Sponsor

1. Your name would be printed on all of the Posters and Banners.

3. A stall will be provided to you in case you need one (10*10 feet).
4. A one fourth advertisement would be printed in the conference proceedings.
5. You may register 1 delegates free.

Exhibition

  (25,000/- per stall)

Manufactures/Suppliers are invited to exhibit their products in the Conference venue.
Space allocation charge can be discussed.
